Using UdyogSetu

By using UdyogSetu you agree to these terms. Browsing and contacting businesses is free. You must give correct information and must not misuse the platform, send spam or fake enquiries, or upload content that is illegal, misleading or belongs to someone else.

Vendor listings

• Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their business details, catalog items, prices, photos and posts.
• The Golden Badge means UdyogSetu has checked the documents submitted; it is not a guarantee of the quality of products or services.
• We may hide or remove listings, reviews or content that break these terms.

Deals between customers and vendors

Orders, prices, delivery, payment and service quality are agreed directly between the customer and the vendor. UdyogSetu is not a party to these deals and is not responsible for them.

Subscriptions

• New vendors get one month of Pro features free. After that, Pro plans are paid in advance for the chosen period and are shown with their price before you pay.
• If a plan expires, Pro features such as automated posts pause until it is renewed. Paid amounts are not refundable except where the law requires.
• Referral rewards (one month of Pro for each new shop that joins with your link) apply only to genuine new businesses.

AI-generated content

AI can make mistakes. Vendors should review AI-written titles, specifications, descriptions, captions and images before saving, sharing or publishing them.

Liability

UdyogSetu is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform or from dealings between users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Gujarat will have jurisdiction.
